SAL 14th Annual Spring Pig Roast & Backyard BBQ Competition
The
Sons of the American Legion Squadron 255 will be holding the Annual
Dinner & Backyard BBQ Competition on Saturday May 17th. All proceeds benefit Clement's Cuties Foundation.

will be served Noon until? The menu is Pulled Chicken BBQ Dinners and Hamburgers & Hotdogs.

Pulled Chicken BBQ Sandwich Only (and a little slaw)
Dinner Plate (BBQ with Roll, Baked Beans, and Cole Slaw)
Hamburger / Cheeseburger with Chips
Hotdog with Chips

BACKYARD
BBQ COMPETITION
The Backyard BBQ Competition is open to amateur BBQ enthusiasts who want to show off their skill on the grill.
BBQ Categories are:
PORK (BYO-Bring Your Own, UNCOOKED)
BEEF (BYO-Bring Your Own, UNCOOKED)
Each
team can have up to 4 members per team with 15 teams maximum. Grills
and smokers must be wood, chip, charcoal, or wood pellet types (no propane or
electric).
Entry fee is $30 per team.
The meat will be provided by the Contestant (UNCOOKED).
